Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including comprehensive history reviews and targeted assessments, leading to well-documented treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families while actively involving them in goal-setting.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs based on initial evaluations and continuous assessments throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, recognizing changes in patient conditions that may require adjustments to their care plans.
• Complete continuing care processes, including accurate documentation, timely discharge planning, and effective follow-up procedures, while adhering to evolving healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrate effective time management while maintaining a productive workflow, including punctual attendance at scheduled meetings and participation in community engagement activities.
• Assist in achieving departmental goals and objectives while complying with all governing and accreditation regulations.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance professional expertise and contribute as a clinical instructor for students and new professionals.
• Facilitate patient access through proactive engagement in initiatives aimed at removing barriers to care and improving service delivery efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Archibold, you will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required before beginning work.
• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
