Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in crisis intervention and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Utilize state-of-the-art evidence-based screening tools provided by our clinical team to ensure quality care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our services.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners.

• Foster open communication lines within the team to meet contract standards and promote the mission of our organization.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advance our programs and secure new funding sources.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and participating in community and statewide meetings relevant to mental health.

Qualifications\n
