Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to the client’s unique challenges, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and track client progress over time, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients, accommodating various needs including schedules and transportation challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
\n
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and other professionals.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.

• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting with direct client interaction.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care or specific populations such as children, adolescents, or families.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
