Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing a variety of evidence-based tools and techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring alignment with client goals and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans in accordance with client progress and evolving needs, maintaining an adaptive approach to care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, including detailed notes and treatment outcomes, following legal and ethical guidelines for practice.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional resources or professionals when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health needs or emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of mental health, participating in continuous professional development.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and provide information and resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents facing school-related stress, adults grappling with work-life balance issues, and couples seeking to enhance their relationships. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in good standing.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with Master’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy; specific therapy methods or modalities may be beneficial.

While at least one year of experience in mental health counseling is mandatory, we prefer candidates with a robust background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or similar evidence-based approaches. Compensation and Benefits\n
