Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. This role emphasizes preventative care and provides you the opportunity to implement successful therapeutic outcomes without the complexities of high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on behavioral health.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling strategies.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
