Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary role as a Mental Health Therapist includes:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and crafting personalized treatment plans that strategically navigate individual patient challenges.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities tailored to the unique needs of your patients.

• Maintaining precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and security.
\n
• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and enhance treatment approaches.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continually improving the effectiveness of care provided.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, collaborative treatment plans, and linking them with community resources for ongoing support.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest research developments within the mental health field to incorporate into practice for improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals from varied backgrounds who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Our patient population includes adults dealing with acute and chronic mental health disorders, including trauma, anxiety disorders, and situational depression. As part of your role, you will empower these clients to navigate their mental health journeys, encouraging them in their path towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Proven skills in solution-focused psychotherapy and a commitment to tailoring therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive therapeutic relationships and collaborations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
