Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, providing the unique opportunity to work directly within the community of Cape Coral, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, reviewing their medical history and performing necessary assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, ensuring open communication with patients and their families to set achievable goals.
• Implement appropriate treatment protocols and adjust as necessary based on patient progress and response to therapy.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely, maintaining detailed records that reflect changes in the patient's condition and treatment outcomes.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and consult with specialists as needed.
• Participate in educational sessions and contribute to departmental initiatives and goals to enhance service delivery and patient care.
• Manage your schedule efficiently to meet productivity expectations while ensuring qualitative patient interaction.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
