Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with severe mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and brief, developmentally appropriate screenings to identify client needs and to formulate treatment plans.

• Implement integrated care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and connection to necessary support services.

• Carry a manageable caseload, conducting individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, always focusing on client-centered goals.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, providing timely intervention and support as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution with an active and unrestricted LCSW certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
