This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Edison, New Jersey, while interacting with clients through our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that consider clients' individual histories and treatment needs using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions online, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and case managers, ensuring holistic care and effective follow-up on treatment plans.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate, confidential records and document client progress according to regulatory standards. Maintain compliance with both ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients' families, fostering a supportive environment for the client's recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with adults experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will guide clients through navigating their unique circumstances in a compassionate and understanding manner, allowing them to develop coping strategies for achieving long-term recovery and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a similarly relevant certification is required.

• This position offers a competitive salary of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and educational background.
