Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining high standards of patient care. Our outpatient office supports a collaborative virtual environment, where team members communicate actively through telehealth tools and regular video conferences. While the core operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexibility may be necessary to accommodate varying patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and crafting tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring they are customized to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that not only help patients process their trauma but also empower them to develop practical coping strategies for their everyday challenges.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention during acute trauma-related emergencies, assessing risk, and ensuring immediate patient safety and support.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, helping to establish a holistic approach to their mental health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $110,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
