Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by engaging clients in detailed discussions to understand their mental health needs. You will utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique challenges.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in order to empower clients on their journey to healing. Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients across different demographics.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date as part of our commitment to professional integrity.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Participate in team meetings to discuss cases, contribute insights, and enhance the quality of our services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a similar credential is a must.
