Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while utilizing our integrated telehealth platform. Scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have opportunities for occasional flexibility based on patient needs. The remote nature of this position ensures that you maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing critical support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions utilizing a range of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, adapted to individual patient scenarios.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community among patients dealing with similar mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of patient health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding to mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Educate patients and caregivers about various mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and relevant community resources to enhance their support networks.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all legal standards and ethical expectations.

You will work with a diverse group of patients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are grappling with a wide array of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
