Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify patient needs and risks.
• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their unique backgrounds, personal goals, and cultural considerations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress, ensuring immediate needs are addressed and follow-up care is established.
• Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver psychoeducation sessions to empower patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and facilitating effective self-management strategies.
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness and refine therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Stay informed on current research and emerging trends within the mental health sector, integrating relevant knowledge into clinical practice.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and respect of patient information at all times.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
