Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through either telehealth or in-person consultations.

• Develop detailed treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to individuals, adjusting treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Coordinate care efforts with community resources, such as mental health programs in educational settings and support for individuals in correctional facilities.

• Offer education to clients and their families on mental health challenges and advocate for adherence to treatment plans.

• Engage in supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance the quality of service delivery and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferable with familiarity in remote therapy practices.

• Strong understanding of mental health theories and therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or psychodynamic therapy.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools for therapy, and client scheduling and documentation.

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations.

• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with resources available to clients regarding substance abuse and sexual health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting the experience and expertise of our employees.
