Work Environment

This role is primarily an onsite position within the framework of home care, allowing therapists to interact directly with patients in their own environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess physical conditions and symptoms.
• Utilize clinical knowledge to diagnose movement dysfunctions and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and demonstrate therapeutic exercise techniques to patients to ensure correct application.
• Implement hands-on therapies, including stimulation or massage techniques, to promote healing and function.
• Aid patients in the effective use of mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records, tracking progress and goal attainment meticulously.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing guidance on in-home treatment options and exercises to facilitate continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
