Description - Your Contributions

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy by analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection when necessary and prepare samples with precision.
• Thoroughly document all processes, provide training for new staff members, and help maintain quality standards in the lab.
• Create and uphold a clean, safe working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your time with us.
