Accounts Receivable Clerk

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $25.00 – $26.00/hour Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk! Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping financial operations running smoothly? We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing team and support invoice processing, payment management, and customer accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Process and invoice open parts, equipment, and service sales orders from Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Services. Prepare, send, and maintain accurate customer invoices while coordinating with internal teams. Process incoming payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Receive daily checks and prepare bank deposits. Generate and send monthly accounts receivable statements to customers. Follow up on past-due invoices and assist with collections efforts. Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding billing questions and payment status. Maintain accurate documentation and support daily accounting operations. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of accounting experience required. Manufacturing accounting experience REQUIRED Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, invoicing, and payment processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Made2Manage software is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
