Work Environment\n

This role enables you to operate within a fully remote telehealth facility, emphasizing flexibility and access to a broader range of clients in Blountville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. You’ll primarily engage in virtual therapy sessions, allowing the convenience of care from the comfort of your and the clients' locations. The position operates on a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility will be necessary to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Administer therapeutic interventions grounded in reputable modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

  Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment plan for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to provide specialized mental health services to adults and adolescents dealing with the aftermath of trauma. This includes those experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Through your engaging therapeutic approach, you will play a vital role in facilitating their recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  A current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

  A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-related treatment.

  Solid understanding and knowledge of trauma-informed treatment approaches and modalities.

  Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapies with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental disposition.

  Ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-stress circumstances and challenging client interactions.

  Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications with ease.

Compensation and Benefits\n
