Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach patients. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. As part of our team, you'll engage in a collaborative atmosphere with mental health professionals, enhancing your clinical skills while providing essential care from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of patients and formulate individualized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups, fostering a sense of community among patients while addressing shared mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care that addresses all aspects of wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering essential support during patients’ mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on mental health issues, including coping strategies and resources that promote self-advocacy and empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and minimal risk.

• Participate in case consultation meetings, staying engaged in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated solid understanding of various mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional communication skills, fostering rapport with patients and the multidisciplinary team alike.

• Strong analytical abilities to understand and assess patient needs and measure progress effectively.

• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related technologies for documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n
