Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Trust Point, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough examinations of patients to evaluate functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Providing ongoing consultations to healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuity of care.
• Adhering to customer service standards while interacting with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with industry regulations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and support staff, to coordinate patient care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
