Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients through various modalities such as individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and tailored to client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that include measurable goals and clear pathways for tracking progress and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services for individuals facing acute mental health emergencies, including suicidal ideation, severe anxiety, and substance abuse crises, employing the appropriate therapeutic techniques and safety plans.

• Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources such as financial assistance programs, housing supports, and additional healthcare services.

• Participate in ongoing training and community outreach initiatives designed to educate the public about mental health and promote awareness within the community.
