Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs, considering their medical histories and physical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual therapeutic goals, utilizing advanced methodologies such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and electrical modalities.
• Implement and monitor treatment strategies, documenting patient progress and response thoroughly to adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, including exercises and the use of assistive devices that promote recovery and maintain mobility.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on comprehensive care approaches.
• Engage in self-directed learning through workshops and seminars to remain current with industry practices and expand your professional network within the physical therapy community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
