Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans that address individualized mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will primarily work with patients who are receiving hospice care and their families. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits
