Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will be operating in a state-of-the-art telehealth setting, where you can conduct patient assessments and therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and individual therapy sessions via a video-based platform, promoting accessibility and convenience for patients.
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, gathering and compiling essential patient medical data, which includes health history and mental status examination findings.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized behavioral health treatment plans, ensuring they are based on current evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better meet patient needs.
• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information, including examination results and treatment progress, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be providing services to a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your role will significantly impact patients' recovery journeys, providing essential psychological support and guidance through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience as a clinical social worker, specifically in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of and experience in evidence-based psychosocial interventions and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of unsupervised psychotherapy treatment experience, demonstrating your autonomy in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth workflows.
• A commitment to ongoing professional education and the integration of new therapeutic techniques into your practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Included Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
