Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, to identify patient needs and risks.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, focusing on their unique situations, goals, and cultural considerations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) in individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention to patients displaying severe emotional distress, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Educate patients and their families on various mental health issues, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage their conditions.
• Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare providers to create a comprehensive care plan for each patient.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust intervention strategies based on the efficacy of the therapeutic approach.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to inform clinical practices.
• Ensure the confidentiality and ethical management of all patient information at all times.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing rapport with a diverse patient demographic.

Preferred Experience

• Background in hospice or palliative care settings.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000, contingent on experience, education, and skill level.
