Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team providing essential mental health services in a remote school-based setting. Work Environment

This is a remote position that allows you to work from any location within California, promoting a flexible work-life balance. You will interact with students and educators virtually, utilizing digital platforms to deliver impactful therapy and counseling services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and objective psychosocial assessments for students, utilizing psychometric tools, interviews, and observational skills to identify their mental health needs.
• Collaborate intimately with students to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual requirements, strengths, and challenges.
• Implement an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing to facilitate students' mental health journeys.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including school psychologists and primary care providers, to foster an integrated approach to student health and well-being.
• Regularly monitor student progress by assessing therapy outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, facilitating effective communication through weekly check-ins.
• Support medical professionals with the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on serving school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances. Our ideal candidate is skilled at engaging with this youthful population and understanding developmental psychology to address their unique needs effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in California.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed mental health therapist, demonstrating competency in providing therapy to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged populations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutics would be an advantage.
• A background in crisis intervention and family systems therapy would enhance effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
