Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services to clients, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and objectives, and develop appropriate discharge plans when necessary.
• Conduct in-depth assessments by collecting data through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques, ultimately analyzing this data to inform appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that includes individual therapy sessions as well as collateral therapy, ensuring that all clients receive the attention they deserve.
• Regularly review client case files for accuracy, compliance with clinical standards, and timely documentation, ensuring that all required assessments, notes, and plans are current and properly archived.
• Adapt and refine assessment protocols in alignment with best practices and relevant health plan regulations to support optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Captured Mental Health Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.
• An active and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) must be held.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year in a mental health setting.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively within a therapeutic context.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information effectively.
• Background in case management or social work within a community health clinic environment.
• Ability to employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions to our mission.
