Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, employing standardized tools to formulate clinical diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that cater to the diverse needs of clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and support to those experiencing acute mental health crises, employing techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.

• Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care, utilizing client-centered approaches to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their needs.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, attend training, and stay informed on the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will guide clients through their challenges, helping them build resilience and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
