Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical history and performing comprehensive assessments, which are crucial in formulating an effective treatment plan.

• Communicate evaluation findings and the proposed treatment plan clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting for their recovery process.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's assessment and evolving needs, reflecting the dynamic nature of the healthcare environment.

• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care, recognize changes in patient condition, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
