Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Complete comprehensive Bio-psychosocial assessments to understand patients’ histories and therapeutic needs, informing the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Assist clients in developing initial treatment plans, facilitating regular reviews to ensure alignment with their recovery goals.

• Create effective aftercare and discharge plans that support maintaining progress post-treatment, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
