Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and create personalized treatment plans that incorporate their strengths and preferences.

• Provide psychoeducational resources and actionable strategies to clients and their families, ensuring they possess the tools needed to cope with challenges effectively.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, employing immediate strategies to stabilize clients in distress and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Maintain detailed electronic notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, industry trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to continually enhance your skills and therapy methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a behavioral health field, combined with a minimum of two years of counseling experience.

• A current Independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state board in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
