Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, including comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and the interpretation of diagnostic tests, to inform clinical decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans for patients dealing with a wide range of pain-related issues, ensuring that objectives for pain relief and improvement in quality of life are prioritized.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform procedures and minor surgical interventions related to pain management, such as joint injections, under the guidance of supervising physicians.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to foster a deeper understanding and motivate adherence.
