Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate client mental health concerns accurately and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy and lead group sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and track client progress. This collaborative approach ensures that all facets of a client’s treatment are addressed efficiently.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, enabling them to understand the recovery process and actively participate in their loved ones' treatment.

Qualifications\n

• An advanced degree (master’s or doctoral) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
