Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to better understand clients’ mental health concerns. This includes formulating clinical diagnoses based on psychosocial evaluations and established diagnostic criteria.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy modalities, adjusting these plans as necessary to match the unique therapeutic needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using tailored interventions that align with therapeutic goals and encourage active participation.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, implementing skills and techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, following both ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care that addresses the multifaceted aspects of mental health, including physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to understand their health journeys.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain up-to-date with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience.
