Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the mental health needs of students, ensuring that care is evidence-based and developmentally appropriate.

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy to students experiencing symptoms of major mental health disorders.

• Participate actively as an integral member of the healthcare team, contributing to meetings and collaborative sessions aimed at improving service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Monitor client progress, coordinate care with external providers as necessary, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies, including ethical standards and conduct codes.

• Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary and provide immediate support to students facing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.

• Engage with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's care, while fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery and resilience.

• Regularly document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school system who require mental health support. You will work collaboratively with educators and school administrators to understand the cultural and contextual factors affecting student behavior and well-being. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
