Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for client documentation, ensuring all notes and record-keeping are completed promptly according to legal and ethical standards.

• Leverage a billing service that manages claims processing, client accounts receivable, and eligibility checks to streamline administrative responsibilities.

• Effectively schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments with clients while keeping an updated calendar to optimize client access and care continuity.

• Demonstrate the ability to address and manage a variety of clinical presentations, adapting treatment plans as needed to meet each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this role, you will work primarily within the school environment, providing therapy to students facing emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. This population may include children and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, or difficulties related to family dynamics. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their overall mental health and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, permitting independent practice.

• A demonstrated commitment to professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competence.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Availability to maintain a full-time schedule, dedicating a minimum of 20-25 hours a week including at least two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience or significant training in working with couples is highly valued.

• Familiarity with school systems and understanding of the unique challenges faced by students is advantageous.

• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems to manage patient information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
