Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, with a unique focus on home care settings where therapists deliver services directly to patients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, utilizing specialized orthopedic assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular reeducation to facilitate optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on various topics including treatment protocols, injury prevention strategies, and proper biomechanics to promote long-term health and well-being.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure each patient receives cohesive and comprehensive care, optimizing outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and quality assurance protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Vital Core, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focused on individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
