Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions, actively involving them in the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions through our secure virtual platforms, effectively applying strategies suited to each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions designed around the client's individual goals, continuously adjusting approaches as needed, and providing ongoing motivation and support throughout their journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and session notes, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and optimize care quality.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to collaborate with fellow therapists, share insights, and refine best practices within our network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client base consists of individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients remotely and facilitate meaningful therapeutic connections.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing remote mental health counseling is preferred but not strictly required. We welcome both seasoned professionals and those new to the field.

• Demonstrated capabilities in utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Adeptness in managing electronic health record systems and virtual therapy tools to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between $80,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
