Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions effectively, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stability.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies.

• Utilize telehealth software and secure electronic health record systems to streamline client management and enhance treatment delivery.

• Maintain a high standard of ethical practice while fostering trusting relationships with clients to encourage open communication during therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele presenting various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and can range from adolescents to older adults. Understanding the unique challenges different demographics face is essential in creating effective treatment plans and delivering supportive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active and valid Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) is mandatory for this position.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and treatment planning, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Competence in utilizing telehealth technology, with an aptitude for learning new software systems as required.

Preferred Experience\n
