Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, including using standardized assessment tools to identify mental health concerns and needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client’s circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other specialty practices based on your expertise.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting progress notes, treatment responses, and ongoing evaluations in accordance with our clinic's policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular communication with multidisciplinary teams and external providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all health aspects are addressed.

• Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in all interactions, as guided by state regulations and our organizational values.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain current with emerging trends in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role begins with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, alongside other incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
