Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, including diagnostic assessments to establish a treatment baseline.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at addressing and managing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, offering support groups or psychoeducational discussions to assist clients in addressing common mental health concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and setting achievable goals.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during urgent situations, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency interventions as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training workshops and seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in mental health care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
