Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges in order to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and holistic approaches tailored to the individual client.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions that foster healing and growth.

• Collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Providing emergency crisis intervention and stabilization for clients in acute distress or during emergencies.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives, including workshops and presentations, to raise awareness about mental health resources.

• Maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including diverse cultural and socioeconomic groups. You will engage with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Providing culturally sensitive care that respects the unique experiences and values of each client will be essential in fostering therapeutic trust and effective intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate rapport, trust, and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to apply cultural competence in all aspects of therapy and outreach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
