Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and a community of therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and interdisciplinary support for clients.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for adults experiencing various emotional disorders, prioritizing their needs and goals.
\n
• Regularly assess client progress through automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement tools to tailor treatment interventions effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our therapist portal, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
\n
• Benefit from consultation and support provided by our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical decision-making and patient care.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses following the DSM V guidelines and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy to foster client engagement and therapeutic progress.

The primary focus of your practice will be serving adults across a spectrum of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC); holding licenses in multiple states is highly valued.
