Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's history and identify suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapeutic sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in processing trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and nurturing healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide an integrated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate and effective care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
