Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions via secure video platforms to a diverse clientele, addressing a wide spectrum of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic care for clients.

• Monitor progress using automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes digital tools designed for efficient record-keeping.

• Deliver talk therapy to individuals aged 13 and older and couples, utilizing various evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and security regulations, safeguarding client health information.

• Engage in continuous learning through support and consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team as needed.

Qualifications\n
