Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical and functional limitations for each patient, developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide consultations to multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a continuum of care, focusing on outcomes that promote patient recovery.
• Engage with patients across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, exemplifying the highest customer service standards.
• Create and manage consistent documentation of treatments, evaluations, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Participate actively in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the Rehabilitation Center's services and strengthen patient referral networks.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy aides and interns, promoting professional growth through knowledge sharing.
• Stay abreast of industry standards by attending staff meetings, engaging in self-study, and participating in continuing education initiatives.
• Maintain all licensing and certification requirements, proactively engaging with the regulatory board.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
