Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agility Peak, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient.
• Utilizing therapeutic exercises and modalities to educate patients on proper techniques to enhance their mobility and strength.
• Administering hands-on treatments such as massage, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions to promote healing.
• Assisting patients in using mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, to aid in their rehabilitation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and goal attainment throughout the treatment process.
• Providing guidance to patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to facilitate ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Physical Therapist at Agility Peak, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to patient care and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, a minimum of two years in a relevant clinical setting is preferred to provide patients with high-quality, effective treatment plans. Experience with diverse patient populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
