Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the clients' histories and needs.

• Collaborate with clients in developing individualized treatment plans that consider their personal goals, cultural factors, and unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) tailored to individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring that clients experiencing acute distress receive immediate support and resources.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and strategies to effectively manage mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed based on client progress.

• Stay abreast of current research and innovative practices in mental health, applying this knowledge to enhance therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n
