Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current state-issued and unrestricted mental health counseling license allowing independent practice, such as LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or PsyD.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with video conferencing tools and online counseling platforms.

• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a camera and audio capabilities for client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling or with specific certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or similar methodologies will be highly regarded.
