Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Monitoring client progress and adapting therapeutic approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients through multiple channels available on our platform, ensuring consistent support and engagement.

• Documenting client interactions accurately and timely, in compliance with professional and organizational standards.

• Participating in regular peer consultations to enhance treatment techniques and share insights on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily involve working with stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. Our platform streamlines client referrals to ensure you connect with clients who match your expertise, enhancing your effectiveness as a counselor and improving client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a closely related field.

• A current and independent LPCC license with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
